DeSci Asia: Building bridges, sharing knowledge, and fostering growth for DeSci communities across Asia since October 2022. DeSci Asia serves as a dynamic hub uniting diverse decentralized science (DeSci) communities across the region. Our mission is to empower collaboration, enhance knowledge-sharing, and promote scientific innovation aligned with Web3 values. Our vibrant Telegram group, with over 380 members, represents a mosaic of participation from regions like Thailand, India, China, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and more. The group actively engages in discussions, collaboration opportunities, and resource sharing among community members. Breakdown: $50 allocated as a bounty for the meeting moderator. $50 allocated as an honorarium for the guest speaker. Progress to Date: Since October 2022, DeSci Asia has successfully organized over 24 monthly scientific meetings, incurring expenses of approximately $2,400. Past speakers include Molecule, BIO Protocol, MuseMatrix, ResearchHub, Hippocrat, AuraSci, and LunCo. **Milestone 2** : $1,000 / ETH Equivalent – DeSci Asia Website Development Expected Outcome: Create a knowledge-sharing website (e.g., forum, repository) to foster collaboration and community growth in the decentralized science ecosystem. DeSci LATAM Community Hub at Devcon7 (Thailand), November 2024 – $200.
