Farcastle - Integrating Governance with Warpcast Channels
Project Description:
Farcastle is an open-source infrastructure project that integrates DAO governance directly into Warpcast channels. By embedding governance features through Farcaster Frames, we enable communities to make collective decisions where their conversations already happen. This approach makes decentralized coordination accessible and engaging.
Key Resources:

- Exceeding Target Funding (up to 50 ETH): Accelerate development, enhance security measures, expand features, and increase community support capacity.
Impact Measurement and Reporting
Inputs > Activities > Outputs > Outcomes > Long-Term Impact
Short-term Outcomes (0-3 months):
- Deployment of the proposal creation system
- Integration with existing Warpcast channels
- Initial community adoption of governance tools
- Growing voter participation within channels
Mid-term Outcomes (3-6+ months):
- Establishment of ten active channel DAOs
- Development of established governance patterns
- Integration with additional clients and platforms

Outcomes Measurement:
We will measure outcomes using both quantitative and qualitative metrics:
- Number of Channel DAOs launched
- Proposal creation and participation rates
- Frame interaction metrics (votes, recasts, likes)
- User engagement and satisfaction within channels
- Governance participation rates compared to traditional tools
Tools utilized will include GitHub analytics, Warpcast metrics, and community surveys.
